At Abu Faiq, we strive to provide you with the best vaping products and customer service. We understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully to understand the guidelines and procedures for returning products and requesting refunds.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. E-liquids, coils, and disposable products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@abufaiq.com. Provide your order details and reason for the return. Our support team will guide you through the process.
- If the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part, Abu faiq will cover the return shipping costs. For all other return reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within [3-5 days].
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@abufaiq.com. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you can initiate a return as per our policy and place a new order for the desired item.
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, it is subject to our refund and returns policy.
- Abu Faiq reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the product is not returned in its original condition or does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
